I went to the BNT store and purchased a bra for 49.99, and gave the shop assistant 100. She receipt it correctly, but gave me change of 20. I asked what was the item price with 20 in my hand. She apologised and said she thought I gave her 50. I asked why would I get 20 back if I gave her 50.? She called the manager and gave me 50 back. This is a common practice in stores at Westfield Shopping centre in Airport West. Customers are short changed especially during holiday season. Be careful.
