One of the sort after place selling cars, they were upfront with the cost and delivery dates. Wish other dealers could follow the similar business ethics and way of dealing with customers. Though i didn't place the order for my car here, but i would recommend others to visit this dealership and give them a chance.

Richard was particularly great, offering tremendously helpful, supportive and insightful guidance. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so knowledgeable, friendly and honest. On a side note, we appreciated the fact that the used cars were unlocked, which made browsing far more convenient.

I agree with all the negative feedback on here, not even a 1 star, I had only 2 services since I arrived Melbourne with my 2 cars , both had bed experience, I was notified with wrong diagnose which would cost me much money, they costed me a lot of time searching for right advise till I found the exact problems which were totally different from what I have been told. The staff and a manager admitted their mistake and apologized when I asked a refund and time compensation , cheaply they refunded me 30 , so I decided not to have my car serviced there anymore, I can not trust their labors and don't trust the way they manage problems and they are not customers service professionals , yes true they smile and appear polite but no professionalism and transparency - I would put my cars in risk of losing money and times if I go again there I am going to escalate this to whom it may concern domestically and overseas. I am not going to let this go without a serious action taken , they can't play with people money and time . I am expecting to receive the following reply "" Hi Bahaa, sorry to hear you are having issues with your new Toyota. If you would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please provide your contact information and we will ensure a member of our Management team will reach out to you in regards to this issue. Many thanks""" - they sent this template message to all negative feedback. this is an edit to my feedback after the answer I got here and since there is no field to reply back, the service manager called me and during the call the line was cut m I called back he wasn't available again he called me and left me a message , I called back he was not available ... that is all and issues were not resolved - that is the service we get, instead of following up , he has just ignored it .. horrible
