This company does not abide by its own terms and conditions. Point 8 states a full refund if cancelled within 7 days. We cancelled two weeks ahead of our booking through email plus by phone. They did not offer us a refund and ignored our emails. Please read the reviews before booking with them. Ignore their cancellation policy, they do.

Don't use this company. Our pickup and dropoff at the airport was uneventful and professionally done by a friendly driver. This gives them one star. Our car was not looked after while in their possession. When we dropped our car off there was no dent in the front left corner. When we picked it up there was a dent with a piece of the car scraping on the ground. Con the person we have dealt with denies this damage being caused while in his possession. He refuses to pay a repair bill and states in an email to me "The damage was not caused while in our car. We will not be paying any repair bill you send. You really need to refer to the terms of conditions you were well aware of and that you signed for. You agreed to the conditions, you signed in black and white. I suggest you seek legal advice before you waste your time. I place you on notice that we will vigorously defend any false claim brought by you and we will counter sue for our legal costs." To be fair his terms and conditions state "Airport Park & Fly does not accept liability for any loss or damage to your vehicle, it's accessories or contents, howsoever caused, including any loss or damage as a result of any negligence of Airport Park & Fly and/or it's employees." If you take photos of your vehicle prior to dropping it off you may be able to prove that damage was caused by Airport Park & Fly. Better yet, choose a different company.
Parked with Airport Park & Fly for 14 day period. Price could not be matched by any other car park. The staff were so good and the location is only minutes to international. Nice car park to use.
DO NOT BOOKWITH THIS COMPANY!, I booked & paid over 200 in advance but when I tried to change the date of entry by just one day noone would return my calls or emails. After 3 weeks, when I finally got a guy in the office he abused me, including a variety of vile language & hung up on me! My husband then called the mobile number to cancel our booking and was promised a refund in one week. That was 3 weeks ago & yes, you guessed it, a barrage of abuse telling us to F off & refusing to refund our money when we called again. This company has a record of defrauding customers. They advertise a full refund if you cancel outside 30 days (as we did, we were not travelling until August) then refuse to give your money back. We will now go to Fair Trading and we will report the fraud to our credit card company. Sadly I read the reviews on this company too late. Don't get caught like many of us have been. Like they say, "if it sounds too cheap it usually is" It's a scam!!!!! They are not worth 1 star
We used this airport parking company when we parked for 30 days for a USA holiday. Great service and rates are very competitive. We would park here again in the future.
BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING. When booking the space and deducting the money, staff are very nice. When it comes to parking time, they are just too arrogant. We were never told that if we book our parking time say 2pm, it has to be at 2pm on the dot. If you travelling with family, they refuse to drop them to the airport. Instead tell you to drop family and luggage to the airport, park your car and they can only drop off the driver. They keep changing the initial aggrement. Very quick to deduct the the money from credit card. When questioned, the reply they give " WE RUN A BUSINESS"... I have always parked at the airport P7, this time we thought of trying these guys. Ended up paying heaps to them as well as P7 parking. JUST THINK TWICE.
Parked my new Genesis with Airport Park & Fly for 14 days and I have to say the service simply gets better & better. The free car wash when you park for 14 days or more is great. The free valet transfers to airport are quick and fast. Thank you Airport Park & Fly I will see you again and recommend you to my friends & family.
They may have offered great rates.... BUT do not use them.. owner rude actually very rude. Had to call him several times as the owner hung up the phone on us twice. We paid extra for undercover parking but the car was filthy when we collected it. Its hard to explain how you can give more then a 1 when you are yelled at and told to go to international when you where dropped off at domestic. Yes people (his staff) make mistakes but the attitude and rudeness is indescribable. First and Definietly last time we will ever use this service. I'd rather Pay double then use this rude service. On a good note our driver to and from the domestic airport was lovely and polite.
