SCAM - DO NOT USE. Refuses to get out of bed and will swear at you on the phone. Very unprofessional and rude owner. Pictures show secure car park - is actually a COVID clinic with no underground parking as shown in pictures. Will still steal your money and refuse refund. Don’t bother with this pathetic owner unless you enjoy being verbally abused on the phone. Not even worth 1 star

Great service. Great rates. The valet service is quick and friendly. No long waiting times.
Terrible and dodgy. They meet you on a block of land with dirty cars on it. When asked questions about undercover parking, Owner said parking was across the street. It was a private building. On the back of their ticket says they can use your car as seen fit! On querying if it was in fact the company I thought it was, they said they were a branch of the larger company. I rang that company and they stated they are attempting to impersonate a legitimate business. I asked if I could have a partial refund, which was denied, then the owner became extremely rude and agressive, to the point I was scared. I left, with my car 350 lost, but I think it was worth it. Goodness knows what I would have found when I got back!
Cheaper than the others and lovely people. Very happy with the Service they provided. We were called on the morning of our flight out to check we were on time (which was great because we were able to inform them we were running late) and they called as soon as our plane landed on the return trip.
FANTASTIC rates and FANTASTIC Service. Airport Park & Fly Mascot are only 100 metres to the domestic terminal. Highly recommend these guys.
Fantastic rates and great service. Only 200 metres to domestic. These guys have an office at mascot only 200 metres to domestic.
We used this airport parking facility for a month while we went to USA, great service and the rate was very competitive compared to other companies. They are very close to the airport and we would use them when we travel next time.
