Not impressed! Dont have equipment on hand and u have to wait weeks for equipment to arrive from interstate or south of Brisbane! Not happy at all!

Passion for change

company communication, knowledge of products was woeful. Kmart Mart, 10x worse. They have no formal complaints process as they should as providers to NDIS participants. Thats their committment. Disgraceful. I am entitled to a service level trained to not cause harm. Or at least with knowledhe of what you are selling.

Disappointed with service. They say they'll ring you back when you contact them, but a week later you are still waiting. Taken forever to get battery issues resolved. We have a 35,000 Electric Wheelchair we can't use. Imagine if that happened with a 35,000 car!
