What a joke, i've known AGSERV along time, brought chemical and equipment over 10 years, I guess times have changed i may not be the only one or i maybe the exception but... my gut tells me it's the former, any way 'vent' 3 months ago... I had one of my guys drop a trolley sprayer off for repairs, 3 months later, 15 calls and only once got through to john out back and that was almost 2 months after, tells me he's ordered the parts???, without a call or an email with a quote for repairs?, any way he tells me hell send a quote through and let me know, 1 week goes by, 2, 3, finally after another month I finally had enough called to let them know I'll arrange to get Garrards (another chemical supplier) to pick up the trolley sprayer to get fixed!, the manager there while im on the phone is speaking to john who informs him my trolley sprayer is fixed and it's free to pick up? sounds like someones covering someones behind, honestly, I don't car if they replaced it for free, the fact you can't call me to let me know what's going on, i would have been ok with the fact things get missed along the way, but 15 calls and no one can return a call with an update til i mention getting it picked up from thier competitor to fix?, I definately will never order any more supplies off Agserv. there's no organisation and definately no care factor, just an ear shot of arrogance. good luck to you guys, business won't grow as long as you treat customers like dirt.
