I wanted to like these guys because the equipment was well priced and looked good. The good part is the equipment feels solid. Shipping was expensive (No discount for multiple items), and slow (10 business days to Melbourne from dispatch to door). The wall-mounted rack arrived with plenty of cosmetic damage due to poor packaging/shipping. Installation was not straightforward due to a lack of instructions, and some bolts were too large for the mounting holes (AF later sent out replacement bolts). I can lift at home now :)

The products from Again Faster are all of the highest quality and look great. However while I expected a delay in receiving my product the communication and expectations of ETA’s were lacking until I escalated my concerns. Admittedly my last couple of orders all arrived quickly and in time I just feel communication could have been better at the beginning of the process.
What amazing service! Products are quality, no questions there however it was the service that made the difference for me. When one of my items weren't in stock I got an email and a phone call to see how they could meet my needs, it was all despatched within an hour of the call and I had it the next day. Outstanding!
