Irrigation installed at my residence - very professional, efficient and excellent after-installation support.
Called them on Tuesday two weeks ago regarding servicing on a pre-existing irrigation system. Was told to expect a call back from them within the week to arrange a time to come out and inspect the system. Never got a call back or any other type of correspondence. I tried calling them again three times and got no answer. I understand people are busy but if you say you're going to do something, then follow it through. If you're unable to then call and let people know. It's just common courtesy.
Had to wait 3 weeks for the first appointment, was a no show. Had to wait 2 weeks for a second appointment. Five minutes work to replace one pop up sprinkler, 158. Should be no-so affordable irrgation.
Had a new irrigation system installed in my investment property. Great job at an affordable price.
