I'd never tried any products from Aesop, but my partner and I stopped in today and were treated so well by Naomi! She knew exactly what she was talking about and recommended us products and scents based on our preferences and lives, and was incredibly friendly! We came home with a pile of samples and will definitely be back. Thank you Naomi! (Also would definitely recommend the geranium leaf range )

Was served by the lovely Rose today. Who made me feel so welcomed and at ease. Shopping at Aesop is such a beautiful experience, and I remembered why I loved it so much. Rose is an incredibly talented merchant, and has a picture-perfect vocabulary when it comes to describing scents. It definitely made my imagination go to the places where the scents followed. Genuinely looking forward to come back next time just to speak with her.

I was served today by Elle (hope that’s correct) and made me feel welcome and had a willingness to assist as well as educate me in what I needed as I’m new to skincare. I asked a lot of questions to understand more about skincare and she was more than happy to answer them, providing a demonstration using their products on my hand as an example to show me, and then eventually to recommend me what was needed in order to maximize results through a routine I’ll be starting. Big shoutout to Elle! She needs a raise!

The store looks so beautiful that i cant just walk past. Went in for one thing my first visit and was served by Bradley. Left with a haul of magical potions. Aesop is always beautiful , packaging , product, ingredients the smell the feel. I know i will always get luxurious natural botanical products that make me happy from head to toe. Also its the service that gets me . Always a delight and wonderful care and knowledge across the board. But Bradley at Chermside- your kind cheery nature has me popping back in for more. I really love it when the products and kindness go hand in hand. Perfect shopping experience. Love to just wave as i go past! Thankyou for showing me and explaining to me every product i made you drag out and patiently wandering back and forth while i excitedly explained to you how much i love face masks :) i bought eveything he suggested loved it all. Just a wonderful human being who clearly is passionate about skin and ingredients. Congratulations on a beautiful store and beautiful kind staff to reflect that. I would be really happy if I was the manager of this store . Or Aesop in general. Clearly great company ethos and ethics. Thankyou Bradley ill be back regularly.

Had the absolute delight of being helped by Isabel (I hope i got her name correct, she has short brown hair and round glasses) this afternoon. She was incredibly accomodating, generous with her time and genuine throughout the whole interaction without once being pushy or "salesy". As someone who also works in retail I really appreciate the quality of this person's service and hope this feedback can be passed onto her directly. :)
