Called into store this morning looking at purchasing a set of bowls for my son. I was clearly only shopping today with the view of gathering information to make a decision at a later date. However after attending a few stores in the past looking at bowls for myself, i have never attended a store and felt so comfortable and had the level of service that i received today. The staff were both great with product knowledge. The tips and advise given ended up making it an easy choice for me to make, and i purchased a new set of bowls and a new trolley bag for my son. I would highly recommend this store for any bowling needs, and will be supporting this store more in the future. Great work!!

Enquired if warranty covered cracks to 2 Optima bowls which had been purchased at their store 2 years prior. They confirmed and provided me with new replacement set the same day. You cannot beat that. Very happy.
