My experience was the most soul destroying gut wrenching experience of my life, I wasted so much food money. The people are rude arrogant and generally nasty. I just want my money back, and to forget I ever heard of this nasty puril establishment. Save your money no value, and the laser is untested, I would just like my money back, but I was a fool, and spent money I shouldn't have and it makes me sick that I was so foolish.

Examined for less than 2 minutes by someone with no medical qualifications, then given the hard sell - immediate discounts but only if you sign up now. The only thing they offered that has any proven benefit was minoxidil, which is available at your local chemist. (for a much lower price)
Worst time and money wasting place . The laser therapy is a total scam . Dont waste your 3k on them .
Went here many years ago... if the had of told me they were going to glue a 9000 wig on my head, id be 9000 richer today... biggest rip.
Be prepared to spend a fortune as I foolishly did for appalling and frequently very rude, off-hand service. There is always a new "special offer" that you are pressured to buy. Avoid this place like the proverbial plague.
The owner of this business is arrogant and obnoxious. If there is anywhere else you can go, go there.
The Gold Coast manager Tony is rude & arrogant to say the least, he has no understanding of service or how to run a business You ring for days with no answer & the office is closed with no messages of when it will re open again Only focused on getting your money, once you have paid you no longer interested in you or your results
