We handed over 20k as requested to Barry Crook sent us an email to say that his partner had legal fees to pay in Nigeria and that he had spent our money. We are taking him to court and having him charged with fraud. stay clear of this person and his company. He wouldn't even deliver the timber. Turns out he has been bankrupt 11 times. Stay clear
he took my deposit, never attended the job, after requesting a refund his excuse was he has legal issues overseas and he spent the money. he gave me the run around for 2 months. its now been 4 months and he no longer answers calls. he once had a contractor call me, who had no idea that a deposit was already paid. now after calling fair trading i have been told he has had judgements against him. if you have an issue with him. please lodge with fair trading so they can prosecute him. this is obviously a pattern.
Very easy to work with and very efficient at what they do!
