Great friendly service! When a new fault was found, which must have unfortunately occurred during initial repair, they fixed without hassle or further cost. Thanks guys :)

Beware! Shonky place to deal with. Dodgy, sloppy workers. We took our coffee machine (just over 2 years old) to them for a repair because it had a slight leak on longer cups. They charged us an 89 quote fee to keep it for the 15 working days they claimed it would take to look at it. It took more than 20 working days before they rang with their quote. The response was: it will be 290 to replace the pump. The machine cost us 320 new! They also said that we could use the 89 quote fee to purchase another machine from their showroom. After thinking about their offer for a second we went to pick it up. When we got there they were most shocked that we wanted our machine back. Apparently they keep the old ones and recondition them to sell on to other suckers while still keeping your quote fee. No thanks buddy. When we got our machine home we opened the top and found that they had jammed a pod in the shoot. It fell through into the pod bin once we opened the lever all the way. When we went to use it, our new pod would not lodge in the top - it just fell through. They had broken the part that holds the pod. The machine also returned to us with a rattle that wasn't there before. It turned out that they had over tightened the screws and had snapped the plastic screw holes inside the machine. The screws were loose and with a little tap the bottom came off with the plastic lugs intact. Avoid at all costs.
After many years of great service our Breville citrus press developed bad gear noises and stopped juicing. Took it to ASC and after paying the usual fee they said it could be fixed. But it wasn't. Returned it for a second and third attempt without success. Then they replaced it with a brand new machine. Very happy indeed.
These guys know their stuff . Repaired Breville coffee machine in an exceptionally fast time . One happy customer
I visited this place in November 2016 because I was looking for someone to repair my hair clippers as I had dropped them making them louder than normal. I entered to be greeted by a lady, I informed her of my problem then she insisted one of the technicians looked at them out the back. They returned them a few minutes later telling me they were ok and not to worry. I was baffled as they were clearly faulty but agreed as my plan then was to try another repairer. The lady who originally served me said ' there's a charge with that of 10' . I was not told of this before I let them analyse my clippers briefly so I refused to pay. The lady told me to just leave and was extremely rude. I walked out calmly but I was appalled at the level of service at this place and will never visit again!
Don't really have an option if you have a sunbeam product that you need fixing or servicing. Taken our coffee machine here twice work has been good but depending on who you get customer service could be improved.
We sent our Breville coffee machine for a routine service (although there was absolutely nothing wrong with it) only because it had been sitting in storage and then in a container on transit from Malaysia to Adelaide. It came back to us quite dirty and seemingly louder than we remember it. The dosage and grind sizes didn't seem like they did before but we put it down to a different brand of beans (giving them the benefit of the doubt) and were willing to readjust with no fuss. Ten days later, however, the group head rubber seal popped as we were pulling a shot; this never happened in the two years we had the coffee machine even when the gauge had overshot the maximum pressure (presumably there is a safety valve on these machines). We sent it back to the shop, and they called a couple of weeks later to let us know there was nothing wrong with it and insisted it was user error but did not charge us for it. We collected the machine and within a couple of days the same thing happened even when the pressure gauge was nowhere near maximum. Not wanting to go back to the shop, we popped the seal back in and it would pull one shot and then popped right back out again the next time. After several rounds of this happening, we decided to take it to another service center which suggested that as part of the routine service they normallu replace the seal and the shower and inner holder. We are unsure whether these parts were genuine or if they somehow wrongly calibrated everything else within the machine. All we know is the machine is not the same anymore and we will be a total of 400 dollars out of pocket when we get the machine back from the other service center (whether it will work or not remains to be determined). Avoid this place at all costs!
Worse ever place ! Do not go ! Rude obnoxious staff. Have absolutely no idea what they r doing or talking about. Should not be even allowed to be a representation for any big brands.
