Had a good time. We ordered a brown sugar tea and a royal pearl milk tea. They were good but some of the pearls were quite hard and others were quite soft. The atmosphere was nice and the seating comfortable. We loved the cups they used, which let us bring our own reusable straws.

Loved the bubble tea... the staffs are really humble and welcoming... I love their bubble tea. But, it is a big But. They are not consistent. They hire inexperienced staffs randomly and leave them alone with the store. I would not say the staffs fault. The manager should train someone then put alone in the store. I had such bad experience today. I will probably go get my money back and then never go back again

The drinks are nice. The passionfruit tea that I got was very sweet as it is fruit. So if you're sensitive to sweet tastes then I recommend the pearl milk tea

If you want to escape the noise and relax with a tasty refreshment then check them out. Comfy chairs to chill and enjoy your order. Nice to get away from the bustle of the food courts and the cigerate smoke outside. Really enjoyed the Pineapple and Passionfruit smoothie
