Just had a fantastic experience at this MSY branch. John and Brendan were incredibly helpful assisting me pick out parts for a home office PC. They spent about 30mins assisting me. It is obvious that they know their stuff and it definitely seemed like they tried to put together the best value computer that my money could buy. Thanks again for all your help!

Purchased a brand new PC case from here just half an hour ago, got it home and unboxed it to find it's severely damaged and dented! You guys really need to CHECK your stock to make sure you're not selling faulty and severely damaged items, it's very inconvenient having to lug this back to the store to get it replaced when you guys should have checked your stock in the first place so that this doesn't happen, do some 'quality assurance' like all other businesses do. Edit: Went back down there an hour later to replace the case, the one it was replaced with has dents too! Not as bad as the first case but definitely noticeable.. This business definitely needs some Quality Checking and Stock Checking. If you shop here ALWAYS check your purchase before leaving the store, otherwise you'll need to plan a trip back there later..
Inferior products but good customer service, what used to be a good parts supplier has fallen far in terms of reliable product supplies. I recommend going elsewhere even at added cost for secure piece of mind...

Quick, simple, good value. A staple in online and in-store computer parts for over a decade. Continues to have an excellent range of parts, for fair value prices.
I had a good experience here. The staff helped double check compatibility of some parts that I already had. Down sold on some things which was appreciated. My system worked which is the main thing. They did not have a very large show room if that is what people are after, if you know what you want this seems more geared towards that. I would recommend a visit, they are open weekends too which was very handy.
Awesome customer service from Frank. Fast and effective and willing to give the cheapest possible price for my PC and the parts and recommended me some new monitors since I am looking at a new one. Very helpful and made my situation so much easier!
