The Tills at Marion Bay General Store are ancient and in the middle of an upgrade, but even with it being a busy Christmas period, Metro where more than helpful in helping me do a hard reset on the current malfunctioned till. I've called them multiple times since and they have been fantastic. They owed us nothing as the tills are more than 15-20 years old and obviously not under warranty either. I can not recommend them enough for their help in a tough spot, me reading the online manual was not helpful!! Special shout out to Jim, who knew this particular till inside out and rattled of streams of programming straight from his head! A complete life saver! Super Friendly, know their product and can't recommend them enough.

Metro Business Systems have been very helpful in providing Cash Registers for our event. Each year they set up our price list with an SD card so that we can access the sales information, which is really helpful for our yearly event. Metro Business Systems provides excellent service at great prices.
Purchased a register that was supposedly brand new, it came with no box, a lost key, scratches on the screen and only lasted a couple of months before it stopped working. I called the business owner multiple times to try and have the register repaired but was told the guy that fixes registers was away on holiday and never got back to me. I also asked if I could have a replacement register while the one I purchased was getting repaired and the owner was going to charge between 50-75 for hire over the weekend. He also hung up on me when I questioned his level of customer service for charging me when he sold me something that did not work. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SELLS DODGY EQUIPMENT!!!!!
