We had a sales rep come give us a 'free measure and quote' for security doors on the front and back. He did not introduce himself without me asking who he was and upon entering, he said that it would be 'a hundred or so dollars' per door before then being told it would be 759 per door. I had to ask to see the quote, as the rep just wrote it on his own bit of paper and I had to write the numbers down myself on my own pad. He had no intention of writing it down for me, I had to ask him several times what the quote is because he mumbled it to himself. Then I had to ask to be shown the frame colours available and was rudely told that there were 'no timber look colours' before then being told that if we wanted a 'timber look' colour it would cost extra. Everything seemed too hard for this rep, he had extremely poor customer service, it was unprofessional and a waste of time having him come here. We definitely will not be ordering our screen door through them! Don't waste your time.

Poor customer service. I had asked the customer service lady to contact my real estate agent to arrange a time with my tenant to quote for blinds. After leaving a couple of messages with the tenant without a response, the customer service lady contacted me and told me she couldn't get hold of the tenant. I asked her to go back to the agent to arrange it. When she did, the agent advised her that she was on a day off and asked her to contact the office. She hung up on my agent and rang me back to tell me she was away. When I asked her to call the agent the next day (i.e. when she is back in the office) she refused. I then asked her if the company actually wants the work she said words to the effect that she can't keep chasing up the agent to get a time for a quote. I left it at that. So glad I did as if this is the level of service when they are trying to get the work, I'd hate to see the level of service delivery. From the other poor reviews of them on this site, I suspect I have probably dodged a bullet by not engaging them to do the job.
Appalling customer service, I ordered a product and was told I would receive contact after two weeks to update organise a measure at my property, this never happened the measure went ahead with out my knowledge and someone clearly entered my property with out my consent or knowledge. After four weeks I had to call the company and follow up myself . When I did call them the girl on the phone was un-interested and said the company don’t make calls to customers to advise on their delivery or product stage. contradicting information from two staff. Throughout the entire process I was not once contacted by any of the staff except once, the very next day the job had been completed and the staff member was looking for payment. Incredibly clear to me what this companies priorities are. Certainly not service or the customer.
We were really impressed in every way! Professional and fast response in providing quote, answering our queries, installation of the blinds and following up. The quality and look of the blinds are amazing along with great prices. We would highly recommend.
What a tremendous experience! The sales rep was on time, friendly and answered all my questions in a professional manner - nothing was too difficult. Adelaide blinds were my last quote, and the most competitive by far! My roller shutters and front screen door all installed earlier than expected. If you are looking for a quote do not hesitate to contact this company.

They have been around for a while, they made an atrium Roman blind for me 15 years ago. Still looks New, they had never made one that size but they had a crack. So glad to have finally found them nothing is too hard & very helpful. Ask for Angela or Charmaine. Would highly recommend.
