Extremely disappointed with the whole service. Had 7 doors installed was and only happy with 1. Had to chase to get any sort of customer support following installation and they only agreed to redo 1 (initially offered at my own, further cost). I will definitely not be using this company for future renovations.

Had 7 doors paid in August 2020 to be installed September 2020. The day of installation only 4 doors were the right size. The remaining 3 doors were installed just before Christmas 2020 after chasing them up continuously. I've got 2 doors I cannot shut when it rains due to swelling.. There was damage caused to the black handle on one door when installed, leaving an eye sore. My wardrobe door was cut at a terrible angle in the corner, leaving a massive eye sore in my hallway. I was also told the wardrobe door would be able to have a dummy handle, as it is clip in style, but turns out there is no such thing in the handles I ordered. I'm left with a door handle that turns but does nothing. I'm left with having to repaint door trims and doors, and attempt to fix the doors that swell myself. As doorsplus will quickly reply to an email, then do nothing to follow it up. It's now April 2021 and still not happy with the doors in my house. I recommend going to Knock Knock Doors in Wickham.
Im very happy with the service and product provided by this company. Was quoted 6 to 8 week but was a little longer, as most things at the moment with the pandemic taking place. Staff were very reassuring and understanding throughout the process. Final product proved to be worth the wait. Price was pretty competitive with installation included. Whole process was pretty smooth other than the extended wait which really isn't a big deal. Highly recommend doors plus. A

Original installation was an absolute cluster. Repeated attempts by initial contractor (followed by several others afterwards) provided a sub par end product. Their business model is an ineffective structure: just a few employees in the salesroom, with the installation 'team' a mob of underpaid amateur contractors remunerated by the job, not by the hour. A smash and bash service is the end result where other more professional options in Newcastle would be highly advisable.
A very frustrating experience. We had a door installed with damaged hardware. We have been in to the Adamstown store twice to have this rectified. A service call was booked in but the technician did not show up. Still waiting six months later to have hardware changed. Would not recommend this company
Customer service has been great. Showroom is falling apart, bit off-putting at first.
