I have been trying to find out why the ferries around Saratoga and Woy Woy are not on the opal system. The reason is that a lot of elderly people are being disadvantaged because they can’t use their Opal card on this service. I thought if I found out why I might be able to do something to change it. I contacted my local member Adam Crouch to find out. After receiving a letter that didn’t fully explain why they are not on the system I went into the office to enquire. There I found a young man who was arrogant and condescending to me. Instead of trying to help me he was putting blockers in my way. I was so offended by his condescending manner I walked out. I am not sure what sort of a power trip this young fellow is on, but he should not be working in the minister’s office.
