I love Adair products and have always bought my goods online. Today I decided to head into the Wollongong store as the online store was showing all the products I like as sold out and wanted to support my local store. I have to say a truly disappointing experience. The store was empty but the two sales assistants. I walked in with no greeting, and after 5 mins browsing the quilt cover options I approached the sales attendants to let them know I was looking to purchase a quilt cover and inquired about colour options of a quilt that was on a display. They did not seem to care at all! I barley got a response on the colour options. I continued to browse for another 5mins and left as i was horrified by the lack of service at this store. Customer service is everything especially during these challenging times when all we want is a positive customer experience. Also I would hate to see another store in Wollongong close.

Went here today & the man who helpes me was amazing! Everything looks good quality. Prices are reflection of quality but i got some things at 30-40% off so workes out good. I plan on redecorating my daughters room from items i buy through this business. Would highly recommend!
