Honestly after reading the reviews I have never had a bad experience at this store. Actually none of the stores I have visited, and I shop at the homemaker centre Mcy and Noosa as well. All stores have helped me to locate what I need and it’s never a problem calling another store to check stock levels for me Whether it’s a phone call or a walk in I love these stores and will continue to make my house a home with their little treasures. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience I am a member with them and will continue to do so

The worst customer service!! Yesterday I went to Adairs Sunshine Plaza to show them a pillowcase I bought. It had torn after the first wash. My intention was not to exchange for a new one, I just wanted to show the fault in the product. I went in with a calm and friendly attitude and told the shop assistant, I just wanted to show her what has happened. She then said to me I should wait, cause she can’t do anything, I have to talk to the assistant manager Tracy. I waited and Tracey came over, I told her the exact same thing. She just started yelling at me that I didn’t look after the pillowcase correctly. Instead of just telling me I did the wrong thing, she just yelled!! If it was my fault and I did tore the pillowcase due to negligence (which I didn’t), why not just tell me that politely? She got really upset and that made me upset too. I just told het that there is no need to get upset like this and that I don’t need this reaction at all. I just turned around and walked away, leaving the pillowcase there due to me being upset.

Worst customer service..Manager stuffing around playing with her hair..Larger lady with short dark curly hair started serving me then left me there waiting whilst she helped someone else..Both very slow and unprofessional..Terrible.Won't go back.
