A lady went over and beyond today, sensational service to find exactly what I was looking for. I had to order to get my work discount, so she didn't get the sale. However she was very understanding and gave the description to what I would need. I see a lot of Adairs bags around the city, now I can see why. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Phone service.. put in hold I think by someone called Sermonie... left on hold but could hear Services other customers being for at least 20 mins.. hung up in the end.. would rather them take my number and call back than say hold for a moment and forgetting about u!

Customer service from the helpline is terrible. I need to verify the status of transaction from my card, so I called the helpline that is given from teh store. She put me on hold and hang up the phone twice.Terrible helpline but the store itself has good customer service.
