The massages themselves are really good, authentic Chinese, but there are a few things that could be improved: * Less talking amongst staff, it's difficult to relax while listening to conversation at high volume. * Try not to leave your client too often or for too long. If you are under-staffed then rather get another staff member to greet people at the door, not one of the occupied masseuses. * On one occasion the masseus failed to take the oil off my back, left my shirt oily when I put it back on. * Perhaps some background pipe music would be good.

Have used these guys 3 or 4 times and they are sufficient if you have an ache or something relived and don't particularly care about service or manner (because you will spend the time listening to people talk and leaving the room often) they are cheap and convenient as they're there, but thats it. I will not however be using them again as they do not honor the vouchers they sell. I bought 2 as christmas gifts and while 1 was honored the other was apparently already used and refused. After all the back and forth it seems as though there may be a dodgy staff member selling duplicates. Beware and always pay with card or keep receipts.
