Christmas carols on the kambri green with the Australian girls choir, pleasant secluded pedestrian precinct surrounded by food an beveridge vendors. Nice small place for music during covid Xmas.
Upgrade could’ve achieved more for student needs instead of becoming a hotel for rich kids and a mall strip for the government workers who come in from the city for a bite.
