We are run out of a physical brick and mortar retail shop in the heart of Camberwell, where as most of our competitors are run from a home or online. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Action Replay. I took in DVD's to be transferred to usb and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. After 2.5 weeks I called to check on the status of my service but wasn't able to get through nor was I able to leave a message, the phone rang out each time. Suspecting they were having phone trouble I sent an email, which was unanswered a week later. Still unable to get through by phone, I went into the store to ask in person. I was told they hadn't even started ("someone else - who was going OS (during COVID?!) - had snuck in before me...") but it would be ready the next day, after lunch. I asked if they could please call me when the service was ready to confirm, to which they said they would. The next day came & went, still nothing. So, again, I made the trip into the store the following day. When I arrived it was clear they couldn't even find my DVD's. They "hadn't had time to look at it." I don't get enjoyment out of writing negative reviews and this is actually my first; but want to warn others who are thinking about using this service. Extremely disappointed.

So incredibly happy with the VHS —\u003eDVD transfer. The picture/ sound quality is amazing! Have done some more digging and found more family videos..time for another visit! Not to mention such friendly service and speedy turn over, especially around Xmas. I really appreciated it :)

Action Replay was able to convert my 65 year old 16MM and the results were truly amazing. Not only did they NOT erase all of the video (like the last company I used) but they were extremely professional and great to deal with. Could not recommend them more!
