Took my car there to get a RWC , only thing that required was change of whipper blades . I called them few times to find out when the car will be ready , every time I called they said they will call me back ( No one did) Finally I went there around 3pm , one of the guys from the ACE asked the girl at the front to assist me and her reply was “NO I am at lunch “ Then I waited for 10 mins till someone else came to assist me ( he was friendly and nice ) I paid 90 for couple of whipper blades and 195 for the RWC Then they couldn’t find the keys to my car and couldn’t find the car ( car was missing) 10 mins later one of the guys from ACE comes with the car ( I don’t know why he needed to take the car for a drive ) It looks like this guy went for a nice drive get cigarettes lol Then there was a scratch on the side of the car . I made a complaint straight away ACE told me that they will get back to me and so far I haven’t heard from them.
I have had a very bad experience with Ace Mechanics. They offered me a very good quote for changing 6 sparkplugs when I spoke with them on the phone- 180. Then I went there and I left the car with them. They kept my car unnecessarily for 4 hours and they made the bill 535. After a long negotiation they dropped the price to 450. Don't trust them, thy will rip you of off. I feel robbed.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE They couldn’t even wire up tale lights. They damaged my car. Went to pick it up and all they said it’s up the street. And threw my keys at me. What business does that. 3AW have been notified about this horrible business. It pays to advertise yeh how bad this one is, DONT USE THIS BUSINESS
They will mess your vehicle up. What a terrible company. Went in for a sensor message delete quoted me 150, ended up with never solving the problem, changing the globes and charging me 700 for labour and left me with the problem and blew my fuse. Spoke to k - line mobile mechanics after and they did a Fantastic job and costed me less. You Will regret taking it to ace.

Not happy as all they did was a service , gave me a high quote to fix the so called problem (I didn't go ahead) yet it was later found out the problem was bigger from someone else!
Warning: Dont trust or go here!! Paul in charge Ripped me off, they will suck your wallet dry, didn't fix my car left the same way it went in and still charged for it. Save you time and money Stay away from this untrusted thieves.
