Bought Screen protector. It cracked within 24 hours! Went back to discuss issue with salesperson. No refund or exchange given eventhough it was clear the phone had not been dropped or damaged. Avoid inferior products!!!
Avoid. The saleswoman was too busy talking on her phone to acknowledge the line of customers. We waited 10 minutes without being attended to so we left.
Great service lovely staff quick repair cheapest prices in the mall I use to go to phoneking and it is a rip off.. now iv have been going here and I will never go anywhere to buy covers or do repairs.

Horrible, rude, over-talking, interupting, arrogant male assistant. Would not refund my neice a miserable 20 as the lady who originaly sold her a gel-type mobile phone cover, sold her the wrong size even thouogh my neice had the phone with her and showed her the phone. It was too big for her iPhone 5, and when my neice went back this arrogant man said that she could have an exchange but no refund. Problem being, she specifically wanted a gel-type and there were no gel ones available for her size phone. Tough luck, too bad was the guys reply, take it or leave it! She would have been happy to exchange like-for-like in the correct size, but it was not an opiton, there were no gel ones there! The man kept saying it was her choice, it was, but she bought it after being told that it was the correct one for her phone. I could go on, nut all I can say, he needs to check the consumer laws, and perhaps go and learn some people management,communication and resolution skills. I will never shop there gain. Horrible place.
