It had a very long queue to get into the entrance with glass doors at front - a further wait of 10 mins will get you the queuing number. About the female staffer at the reception with purple dye hair, she seemed to be a bit unhelpful and not wanting to solve my issue but then a male young bloke stepped in and solved my issue. I fear if that male bloke hadn't come to my rescue, I'd be sitting back at home waiting for a miracle to happen.

I went to Access Canberra this week to have my licence renewed and I have nothing but positive things to say about the service. The staff were efficient, friendly, and very professional. I was waiting for about 20 minutes in the queue, but once I actually got inside the office it only took about 5 minutes, and this included a new licence photo. Hats off to the people at Access Canberra - from the woman who served me (Trish) to the guy who was wiping down the chairs after each use (didn't catch his name). They are providing a valuable community service in spite of all the COVID-19 restrictions.

Huge wait lines, terrible phome service they dont even answer. Staff are slow and inefficient. Terrible experience would not reccomended.

Like travelling back in time- classic public service- everyone busy doing anything but serving the poor paying customers in front of them. How can a business close at 3.45pm in today's age? Staff seem to be loving the fact they can work even slower due to Covid
