You wait minimum 30 minute for call. Closes at 3.30Pm so if you working Monday to Friday good luck with anything you want... something drastically need to change with whole access Canberra department... 1900 century’s services....

Very poor Customer service. They said bank statement only gets considered for the address verification if you spend money through your bank card which doesn't include rent. Incoming money doesn't even count. I don't understand what they are looking at ? My bank balance or my address??? This is not acceptable at all.

Today I had to go down to the service centre after recently buying a car, I’ve been here many times but this is the first time I have ever had to write a review like this as the young customer service representative didn’t greet me, unfriendly & explained third party insurance in a way that was more complex than it needed to be so much so that my husband come over to see if he could grasp what she was saying. Sorry but not a person I’d want to deal with again.

Told to walk away when I arrived at 3:10 because they are 'understaffed' and already closed the door to more people. Officer was rude and didn't offer any help.
