I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN GAVIN from Australia Glass Brisbane. I contacted 3 mirror companies PRIOR to contacting John @ - Australia Glass Brisbane. 1 never returned my call, 2 quoted, but were very expensive, all 3 provided very poor, lack lustre customer service. It was deflating. I decided to ring one more company! I received immediate outstanding PROFESSIONAL SERVICE from John @ Australia Glass Brisbane. John was the complete opposite to the other 3, he answered the phone immediately, listened to me carefully, & respectfully, he also asked poignant questions, e.g does your home have easy access, do you have any power points etc. None of the other companies asked these important questions. He also provided a quote over the phone, the other 2 companies could not? John explained they would carry out a detailed site visit prior to install, just to ensure everything was in order. I was so happy when I ended our call, I had found the company for me! I have also recommended their business to my friends. I have yet to follow through with this quote, but there is no doubt I will only deal with John when we are ready to proceed. John’s highly respectful nature, reassured me, that I am dealing with a company who cares & values the “customer experience”. It is not a bottom line focus. They want happy customers & customer satisfaction, read their other happy Google reviews- they understand their business will grow, when their customers, tell their friends & family about this company. Thank you John for providing top quality customer service, you probably don’t know how special you are, because it something you do so naturally. I wish you & your company success!
I highly recommend the Australia Glass team - they completely transformed our 1978 building with new glass balustrades, and their advice and recommendations were superb. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and all members of their team were a delight to work with.
Sometimes despite exhaustive research a service provider is selected and the experience is disastrous. Sometimes the choice proves perfectly satisfactory. Very rarely though, you can be fortunate enough to choose a company like Australia Glass and you're left thinking that all transactions should be like this. From engaging with the firm's informative website, to requesting an online quotation, quickly supplied & accepted, followed by an on-site inspection & measurement and thereafter to installation, each step was faultless, with everything done exactly as, how and when advised. The office staff are super responsive & efficient, the installation team outstandingly professional and personable, with everything from set-up to clean-up conducted with consummate care and attention to detail. We engaged Australia Glass to replace a series of aluminium sash windows with single pane picture windows. The result they achieved was spectacular and the whole process exceeded all our expectations.
