Dealing with the AC Store regarding a new ducted install (replacing an old Carrier system) was the easiest of the three companies contacted. The replacement Fujitsu was installed in a day. Very professional installation team (although it was very warm day especially in the roof cavity) and everything went like clockwork. Excellent clean up and removal of old system. James and Steve were very knowledgeable and explained throughly the AirTouch 2 controller, it is extremely versatile and able to be controlled by an app on your devices. It’s to be recommended.

I had an issue with AC not working, James managed to come have a look within his busy schedule, identified the issue and had his team fix it the next day. everyone I dealt with whether it was james, the people in the shop i spoke to on the phone, or the guys who fixed the issue, were friendly and very helpful. thanks AC Store team
