I have just bought a villa that Vivienne Hanna manages and am about to commence two bathroom renovations. As you can imagine, I needed to obtain approval to renovate as swiftly as possible to minimize the amount of time my villa remains untenanted. Vivienne has been quite responsive in attending to my needs by promptly obtaining consensus from the committee in order that I may commence renovations, as well as answer my queries in a timely and professional manner. I also own another villa in South-West Sydney that has been managed by an alternative strata manager and I have noted the stark difference in service provision. Vivienne's customer service is exceptional. It has been a pleasure to liaise with Vivienne and I look forward to continue to work with her in the future.

I have dealt with many strata management companies over the year and Absolute Strata is by far the best. Their communication, state of the art systems and friendly team make the whole process easy. They work with you and for you, unlike other strata agents I have had dealings with.
I agree with every negative review. Jacqueline will not investigate the lies from other residents but send threat letters based on her friendship with Her favourite resident. She embarrassed us in front of other residents with the letters pointing and blaming baby for everything . Never got an apology. Thank God other residents know who is the one creating conflicts. Their plumber can identify filthy wet wipes from baby wipes. But doesn’t know that upper levels always are the ones who block the pipes. All of my complaints were totally ignored. If you have a child then you will be blamed for anything. After renting over 2.5 years We all of sudden got all the blames on us. I have a management background and consider this behaviour as very unprofessional and will never ever use their services.
If I could give ZERO STARS would be more accurate. They just don't care at all. Useless and lazy. They take your money and do NOTHING. Best advice - look elsewhere!!!
The Absolute Strata Team took over our complex management and instantly things started getting actioned. The information provided is now always correct and we trust that they know what they are doing. They truely are the best in the business!
If only I could give them a 0. Unhelpful, rude and combative. Genuinely, the most useful thing they've done is write a blog post explaining how to change strata managers - something we definitely will be doing.
It appears I am not the only one that thinks this company is Absolute-ly hopeless! Not surprising! My experience with this company, specifically Clare our strata manager, has been nothing short of disappointing. They clearly lack the knowledge (or desire) to perform the basic functions of their job, and only care about pleasing one or two owners who they feel hold the ticket to their paychecks - to the detriment of others. The outright DUMB correspondence (when there is any) that comes from this office will make you want to hit your head against a wall.
Receptionist by name of Racheal is outstanding always very helpful very pleasant . Our building has dealt with Absolute for many years. Jacqui is a Great strata manager to deal with very professional & reliable .
