Great work from Absolute Fencing. John made a powder coated frame for the air con screening to match our fencing perfectly. You must try these guys, fantastic quality !!
Finally got the work completed yesterday, not how we wanted it, however the workmanship is of good quality. what this company lacks is people skills and communication. other than receiving a quote early November 2021 and then an invoice less than 24 hours after work completed 01/02/2021 they have failed to communicate anything with myself. do not return phone calls or respond to emails. We were promised completion of work by Christmas 2020 however this did not happen. As we have a puppy I asked that they contact myself so that someone could be onsite, this never happened. they just turned up and left when they liked without any communication. The fence was not put in the right spot and they drilled holes in very expensive tiles. (had previously asked to drill into driveway, to avoid damage to marble tiles) however this company took whatever shortcuts they could and whatever was easier for them. we now have a very nice looking fence that does not line up with the front wall? Had we been notified, someone would of been onsite to confirm, finer details. not worth the expensive price tag. If you are happy to spent lost of money in the hope someone will eventually turn up, then use these guys. otherwise I advise looking for better customer service.
John and his team are outstanding for level of service, quality product and competitive price. John and his highly skilled installers are friendly and helpful people to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Fencing. They take great pride in the quality of their craftsmanship and customer service.
