I would rate no stars, but sadly that isn't an option. I haven't seen so many imbeciles and incompetent people since watching the Democrats run for the 2016 US. election. First appointment was a waste of time, asking me idiotic questions that seemed to do nothing and lead nowhere. Had to waste 200 on taxi fare and basically was talked to for only 5 minutes. Had to sit and wait for about 15 while she was off and chatting. My waiting time exceeded my appointment time. I spent longer attempting to cross the street than i did in the appointment. Entire suite smelled like strong cleaning products and gave me a terrible headache. I know this has nothing to do with the lack of empathy and knowledge , but it ticked me off. Second appointment was another waste of time. Had to catch a taxi, costing me well over 100 each way. Case worker was not in, so i got someone who didn't understand anything regarding my particular circumstances.The person standing in for my absent caseworker seemed to show little care or little understanding for my needs. I found out, of course hours later, i was supposed to get a text message alerting me that my case worker was not in, yet i did not receive one. The entire appointment lasted about 5 minutes and it lead absolutely nowhere. Was a giant waste of time. Staff seemed uncaring when i told them i was unable to attend 3 days a week due to lack of transport and inability to catch public transport. Lied to me saying C-link didn't give them my information when they clearly did. Lack of understanding for those with complicated needs. Hope this gets fixed, but i highly doubt that it will.

i gave one star because the place is clean .. the service was terrible the people i had to deal with were rude and unsympathetic..
