Every thing looks new but its not its secondhand, Ray the owner seems inky to buy used goods that are in next to perfect condition, to sell on to customers like myself, its a better experience than going to cash converters. But it's by appointment only so you have to be actuality looking for something on line like Gumtree website & you go from there. Thanks for hot water system.

I bought a Dell laptop from Ray's new and used. As I am fairly new to computers and find it a challenge to work my way around the net etc. Buying the laptop from Ray,was not just a purchase as such,he has also been a delight to do business with. He is punctual and does his utmost to keep his customers happy. For example, my laptop would not turn on,so I called Ray,explaining that there was a problem and he replied within 5mins to tell me he would be at my home in 20minutes!,WOW! I thought, where else can you find a more thoughtful and caring seller like Ray. JB HIFI certainly would not have given me the same quality of customer service.
