Fantastic customer service! I was lucky enough to buy a grimms lsp in the online restock. It was bigger than i expected when i picked it up, the staff were so nice as to carry it all the way out to my car. Such a beautiful store with so many lovely toys and a wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely return :)

I love Dragonfly Toys! Not only do they have a huge range of toys, each toy is incredibly unique, unlike i've seen elsewhere. The staff's knowledge of children (of all ages) and the toys was outstanding. I am SO happy i came across this beautiful find. I have told all my friends about it! If you have't been there, make a morning or afternoon of it and visit the Abbotsford Convent for a coffee and a look! You will need plenty of time to see everything in this gorgeous store. They have been excellent in the past but my most recent experience with them has been very disappointing. Terrible communication, orders not honoured and refund finally issued was incorrect. I will be going elsewhere in future.
