What a perfect way to catch the sunrise over our beautiful city. I highly recommend Balloon Man for this must try experience. Pete and Adrian were so friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell they thoroughly enjoy what they do which made our trip even more fun and relaxing. Make sure you book in breakfast with the group afterwards as well, you don’t want to miss out on a luxurious champagne breakfast where you can unwind and get to know your fellow passengers and crew. We’ll definitely be back for round 2... or 3!

I am so impressed with this company! We flew this morning with Pete over the CBD. Take off and landing was smooth. Pete was very professional and hospitable. He explained everything we needed to know about the flight, from safety to the history of hot air ballooning! Our bus driver Adrian was down to earth! I highly highly recommend flying with Balloon man, as they have high experience.
Simply breathtaking. If you're looking for a romantic morning with your partner, look no further. Balloon Man is the best in the business, and does it with a smile. Chris and Richard looked after us with old school hospitality. The Mrs and I couldn't have had a better time.
What can I say AAA Absolutely Amazingly Awesome experience we had with BalloonMan. On the 20th of December I booked an experience of a life time with BalloonMan for my wife and I seven year marriage anniversary, fom the time we got on the bus to the time we departed at breakfast at the Grand Hyatt, Chris our Pilot made us feel welcome and safe through out our journey. He took magnificent photos (gave them to us at the end of the trip) so we wouldn't need to experience the flight through the lenses of our phones. Chris was an Awesome flight host and as I said earlier he gave us an experience we will never forget. I'll recommend BalloonMan to anyone and everyone that would love to see Melbourne from a birds eye view. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL on behalf of my wife and I, we would love to thank Chris and the crew at BalloonMan for an awesome experience.
The experience with Chris and his team was excellent. We went on balloon flight this week. The day started with a ride on van from Grand Hyatt and we went to Royal park in Parkville. It was amazing to see the prep before we hoped in the basket. The views were amazing and weather was perfect(the burners kept the basket warm as well). Chris made sure that everyone was safe. The landing was a display of an excellent skill set by Chris(we landed in a park next to highway). Ended the flight with packing up the balloon and went back to hotel to enjoy the food. A nice experience and must do for people wanting to do family adventure.
What an awesome experience. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with a balloon flight over Melbourne and it was outstanding. Chris, (our pilot) was the consummate professional and made us feel welcome from the early morning wake up call, to meeting in the lobby to the flight experience and finally breakfast. An outstanding person. From set up, to the flight and views, to the Grand Hyatt breakfast, the day could not be more perfect. Chris hosted the breakfast and shared some history of ballooning and 'other stories', which generated some laughs. I cannot recommend BalloonMan highly. On behalf of my wife and I, thank you Chris for a memorable day. Will definitely be going again.

Had a wonderful experience. Very professional, right from the time of booking till actual landing. Flying on the balloon is a great experience, we always see the city from air planes at the time of landing. Sitting beneath the glass closed enclosure is nothing compared to the thrill of flying on the balloon. With wind on your face, the enchanting golden sun rise and the major landmarks of Melbourne below, no words to describe the fun!!! If we have patience (as it is subject to weather n wind conditions) its must try. And balloon man gives clear step by step guide in preparing us for the flight. They even recommend where to park the car as the parking is only 1-2 hours in CBD on Sunday. If you want to finish in style with champagne they also have breakfast option in grand Hyatt. Overall great experience
