Can't comment on the quality of the work because I haven't received my pictures back yet, after weeks. Had high hopes for these guys based on the reviews but I won't use them again, just way too much stuffing around. They promise something will be ready by a certain date then when I rock up to collect it, it's not ready. I've called and called them to get a status update, left them messages, but they don't even bother to return the calls. Ok, I get it that they're busy but at least have the courtesy to keep the customer updated. Hopefully the quality will be good when I finally get the pictures, because the customer service is not.
Pathetic. Spoke with Luke in November about some works and no response since. Have emailed called and wasted my time. Best to avoid as you are wasting your time unfortunately. Not sure how they are in business? Very Non professional.

The quality is second to none. The level of the attention to detail is amazing.
They're really great, Luke knows what he's doing. I've gotten heaps of things framed there and they always value add by giving me better options or showing me a different way to frame something. You can't go wrong!
