This industry seems to attract its share of charlatans and shonky tradesmen who quote low, do a bad job and then disappear. After a bitter experience with another well known Melbourne installer (see my other reviews) I was a bit nervous about dealing with Aqueduct. I needn't have worried. Travis (and sometimes Luke) have been totally professional, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with (they are both nice guys). They simply know their stuff and charge appropriately for their skill and knowledge. That's how all businesses should operate so I would definitely recommend.
