- If I could give Dimitri and Cathy a thousand stars out of 10 I would. I went to them with a project that needed a less than 24 hr turn around and they went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. The care they showed while completing my requests regardless of how rushed they felt is a TRUE testament to their commitment to their craft, and their customers. Have not received customer service as sensational as theirs in a very, very long time. I endorse this business, and these people 1,000%.
Terrible. They ruined my painting. It was a delicate Chinese paper. These people doesn't know how to handle this kind of painting.
