Just couldn't get the job done. Despite having the correct information and address. Asked for more money despite already being paid. Basically these people are into extortion.
If you want a company to represent you in the most unprofessional fashion use this one. They impersonated clients to try and gain information as well as arriving to serve documents at 7 am when the agreed time was 6pm and when questioned why 13 hours early the response was “my boss told me this time”. The way the went about the process of trying to serve me a document was totally disgusting.
Because of their incompetence my divorce was delayed. When I spoke to the manager I didn’t even get an apology just “don’t worry this happens all the time” ye I bet it does. So upset and disappointed! Very unprofessional.
This company will breach your privacy, search your letterbox and try to gain access to your property without any consent or knowledge just to serve a document. Very unprofessional service.
