Just wanted to Thank Budi and Shravan (Haji) for the excellent job they di d for us for our brand stickers. Job was urgent and difficult but they have completed it on time and with impressive result. Highly recommend them on the basis of their response, quality and prices.

Extremely poor customer service. Went in for a quote but the two staff at the front desk were reluctant to serve as I was clearly disrupting their work. They were not friendly and did whatever they could to get rid of me by saying they hadn't received my email because it "takes a while to come through" which isn't how emails work. They then said the manager would look into my quote and contact me. I never got a call from the manager. Would've been nice to support a local business but not to be.
The team at a1 are lovely and reasonably priced. we have had them do our printing for years and all of the team are lovely to work with. we will continue to work with them for years to come. they take emails and have the work printed for you which saves time going in

If i can rate this place minus 0 stars on this business i honestly would. At the beginning of this year i rang A1 Instant Printing to print my business cards, gift vouchers and business stamps. and not until today ( July 2017 ) i have received it. SIX MONTHS and i was told 5 days. Last month they printed out my business vouchers and got the colour wrong. I told them to redo it again but this time they got the gift voucher colour right but got the business cards wrong. But it gets worst. The extremely rude young man, was so rude but also arrogant and offensive. He stood behind the counter mocking me and laughing right in my face. This place is just as bad as a backyard printing company, and honestly a nightmare of a business and to do with. This extremely arrogant, rude man says he is supposedly running this business for the owner Sherwan. But he literately running the business to the ground. I have been coming to this place for nearly 15 years and because of this nasty man A1 Instant Printing have lost a long time customer. This place 5-10 years ago was a great printing company but because of this extremely disrespectful man I will never step my foot in that place again. He verbally abused me and my mother and is so disrespectful to us. I highly recommend to not even step a foot into those doors. So unprofessional and rude !
