We've done the carpet cleaning and pest control for our new house before moving. Excellent result! It is obvious that pest control works well as there are lots of insects dead after it's done. Pam did a great job and both me and my partner like his service. We will definitely get him to do the pest control / carpet cleaning again next time. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get done with the pest control or carpet cleaning.

What great service! There was a bit of schedule reshuffling on my end, but Parm made it so easy for me! Showed up exactly at the time frame he said he would and went right at it. I bought a floorstock mattress that I thought needed a nice clean, but the way the mattress turned white was shocking to me! It was steam cleaned beyond my expectations and I'm so happy with my now new-looking mattress
Glad we did pest before moving into the house... Spray drew crazy number of spiders out and killed em. Steam carpet cleaning was done very well.. highly recommend it..
Parm came to the apartment at short notice and cleaned both rooms quickly and effectively. It was great service and he had clear communication. The results were good, the price was very good.
To say the least very disappointed with how my first time carpet cleaning experience went. Carpet cleaner who attended our apartment triped the electricity and took out the power in our appartment. My husband had to call in an emergency electrician to safely restart power board. This pushed the job back an hour and so the job was rushed and carpet was still quite wet, too wet to walk on. The Carpet was still damp 2 days later and left an off putting carpet damp smell. Electrician asked carpet cleaner when was the last time he serviced his equipment and that he shouldnt double up on the powerpoints in small appartments as the carpet cleaning machine holds too much power for 1 power circuit outlet. We had to pay an additional 200 for the emergency electrician on top of the 295 paid to A1 Carpet Cleaning and pest control. We asked the owners if they would be willing to split the bill of the electrician call out, as their machine had caused the issue. At first he refused, only after countless messages he had agreed to 50 which we declined and now we will be taking this further with fair trading. Quite disappointed with the level of service and their management. We will NOT be recommending this company to any of my close contacts.

Called and they came with in 3 hours very professional best steam cleaner I’ve ever used will be recommending and using again got massive stain out of mattress and stains snd dirt all out of my lounge so happy Thankyou so much made my day
