Having had products delivered to us on numerous occasions the care and diligence their staff take when entering and exiting my property is astounding. I am SO SO SO epically grateful for the entire A&R team. From the moment you speak to Tammy to make the booking, to the minute the legend removalists (in my case Darryl & Rodney) leave you at your new home, you’ll find the experience an absolute breeze! A&R are professional, friendly & a delight to move with. Not even a torrential down pour of rain will stop them from doing their job! This includes the owner who hand delivered a much needed chai mid move & mid downpour (in very cool pants) The rain delays made the move take a little longer than planned & therefore resulted in a bigger cost than I budgeted for, but I wasn’t going to complain given the awesome service. Thank you thank you thank you A&R!!

This would have to be the most poorly experience i have ever had to deal with, the added stress it created after giving them plenty of notice with my move, To then be told at the very last minute sorry this can't be done now!! With emails going back and forth the company knew what week i needed to move getting back to them 2weeks prior to be told the dates are not available but another date is so here i was thinking i had that very last date to move, NO that was not that case once again you are only a number with this business !! the ADMIN team are useless there is NO loyalty if they can book someone else in even with the dates you have requested they will !! NO ONE needs the added stress when moving house, Which this business sure has created for me!! Other people need to know as it might save them the stress of being completely stuffed around.. Let's make it clear now your team did not bend over backwards to help me here i was thinking that i had a date booked in to be moved which was NOT the case !! Please stop making excuses for your poor service your so called business has now left me hanging at the last minute to find another removal company !! The service you provided was poor and other people need to know !! So this does NOT happen to anyone else !!
This is a long overdue glowing review of A & R who helped us move in March 2020. As a bit of a vagabond myself with 24 prior house moves in my 4 decades thus far I have a reasonable degree of experience and perspective to comment. The team at A & R were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The booking was flawless and they were more than happy to accommodate a few scheduling issues on our part to make things happen quickly. The service was prompt and efficient like nothing I've ever seen. The truck and crew of two fine men arrived on the dot and got straight to work with a confident determination. Dismantling of awkward furniture and reassembly on the other end was no problem. Approximately 2000kg of home gym equipment was no problem. The pace of work was that of elite athletics and the finesse and accuracy displayed left our walls and door frames unblemished on both ends. To top it off the job was done with the level of respect and courtesy your grandmother would expect - please and thank yous with no profanity (no need to earmuff the kids) straight through.The boss man Reece even made a cameo appearance mid morning to check all was going well and deliver a much appreciated courtesy coffee - TOP BLOKE! I have no regrets about entrusting A & R removalists with our home and possessions and I highly recommend them without reservation. Thanks for helping us settle in our new home. I hope we'll be staying put for a looooong time but if we do move again I know we'll be calling A & R.
