Stay away from this developer. They told us they will finish the property in one year and it took 2.5 years to finish. Every day with a new excuse. We kept our patience and paid rent for extra 1.5 year because we liked the design of the house. After 2.5 year, not only the house looked different but the market has gone down. Finally, they tried to not giving us the accumulated interest on our deposit and after a lot of follow up he deducted more than 500 from our interest without any explanation. When we asked for the explanation he referred us to talk to the lawyers.

I have purchased two apartments through A and A, and i can't speak highly enough about the service i received and was very impressed with the finished quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase off them again in the future.
