I ordered a combination drink with 4 fruits and lady there misheard something and made wrong drink and in return they just remade a juice with 2 fruits where I ordered with 4. I dont understand what was my fault as i paid to get certain thing if she heard wrong and she was really rude after that. It was really disheartening.

The new staff is so bad its my second time now getting from the new staff same mistake and poor quality no good communication. I asked twice for no ice even its written On my drink still put ice in my juice last time. I’ve also upload the photo so that there shall be a proof. I loved 5 degrees but now the quality is no good new staff is worse.
