I was amazed to find out that 4KitsonCo isn't just a co-location workplace. They also offer a range of administration services as well to support a broad range of small businesses. We were having issues with recruitment. We had a job description, but, could not work out what the job title would be or where to find the right person. We needed someone with the right skill set, but, we were only offering 10 hours per week, therefore, we didn't think Seek would work for us and we didn't know how to target the right people. We asked Jo if she could help us to recruit someone for our role. What we got from Jo far exceeded our expectations. We were expecting to pay thousands and end up with someone that isn't quite right for the position. We got the absolute opposite. The cost was more than reasonably priced and we ended up with the perfect person. Jo was able to ascertain the requirements from us, work out the right job title and description. She knew exactly where and how to advertise to our target candidate (and Seek was not one of them). Once she received the responses, she then filtered them and put them into simple easy to understand colour coded order with notes on each candidate as to why they would or would not be right for the position. While Jo made herself readily available to us during the recruitment process, we never had to contact her as she was on the front foot with communications and kept us up-to-date on the progress. Jo's communication was first class throughout the process. I cannot recommend Jo's services highly enough and we will certainly be using 4KitsonCo again. Thanks again 4KitsonCo
