One of my favourite tea/dessert places. I really like their bubble tea and desserts. The place is quite small so going with a big group can mean some people gotta stand around waiting for chairs. I really don’t like the little chairs outside, they’re too small!! It’s alright though, will still come back lol

Nice drinks with different flavours . Buy their thermos you get 1 off each time and also enjoy their monthly colour thermos promotion with 50% off if your thermos colour matches the "colour of Month".

Don’t appreciate the rudeness of the staff! Ordered bubble tea from excellent cup at Sunnybank hills and asked for 25% of sugar. When my bubble tea arrived, I found that it was 75 % of sugar not 25% of sugar like I asked for. Staff made a new one for me with attitudes and rudeness! There are lots of bubble tea out there, definitely would not come back!

My go to bubble tea in Pinelands. Staff do speak english and are friendly. The menu is very easy to navigate, and the saved ice is delicious. I've been here a lot so there will be a few photos lol. Also, make sure you get rewardle to get points to get a VIP Card! You get monthly specials and some bonuses. You can also use it at Mum's Wok and Fry Chicken Master for a percentage off and a free side.

Small nice place with few sitting. Normal prices for bubble tea they have also free pudding topping for the month of August .
