Here for a child party. Games, followed by laser tag. Then into party room for lunch and cake, finally credits on game machines. Staff are lovely and attentive. I had a burger which tasted fresh and well made. Delicious. Would highly recommend.

Got my son's 13th birthday party organised. Was happy with the entire experience. The booking was easy, the follow up in the week before to confirm numbers and extras was great. The party host, Charlie, was awesome. As the mum of the birthday boy, she put me totally at ease. There were small requests like extra drinks, bowling shoes exchange, and a lot of small things. Charlie was patient and so great. Great place for entertainment. Food was not bad too!!! Would recommend the place....
Staff was kind. The area was clean and tidy. There were nice seating areas to watch the kids while they play. Heaps of games available for the kids to play. Was noisy. Overall kids loved it.
Loved the offers with the bowlingarcadedrink. They should get some fries beers offers too.. It was a good fun time with family.
Beaten by a bunch of kids. There were no ramps and bumpers when I was growing up. Fun place with a decent arcade attached. The eldest has enjoyed laser skirmish in the past too.
Heaps of fun , great staff very helpful . Great time had by all.
Enjoyed bowling with my grandson and doing the (non prize) games in the arcade. Lovely staff.
TLDR: rip off alert Booked family of 4 in online for bowling, also laser tag for 9 year old daughter. Bowling kit is good, food is highly processed cardboardy but edible. We line up for our laser tag booking for 5 minutes, then are told we'll have to wait for next session.. "we always prioritise parties".. "it's only 15 minutes wait". OK we can wait. Next session doors open 20 minutes later, we are first in line so walk in, then told we will be bumped again! Kids running the show unwilling to stand up to bossy parents of others in queue it seems. My kids are getting hungry for real food and tired and we have to go. Proud to see my 9 year old exhibit more maturity than some of the parents there when she realised we were being ripped off and booted out. Paid booking not honoured or refunded. Given free passes for 'next time' - won't be going again. Good luck with it.
