Great customer service, excellent staff from sales, admin through to service, with special mention to Will our sales rep who helped us buy 2 cars. What we liked about Will was how he didn’t make the hard sell. He helped us decide what we needed. Arranged a meeting with Thomas who organised finance. Darcy checked in and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We were cradled every step of the way - a pleasant experience. We took delivery of our cars 4 weeks ago and absolutely love them. We were very lucky to have met Will when we went into Suttons City Nissan. He was polite, honest, and made the effort to follow up with us. We shopped around to other dealerships looking for the best price and we ended up coming back to Will at Suttons, particularly after a very poor experience at Sutherland Nissan where had put a deposit on a car that never came. Needing the car by a certain date for a trip, we were really impressed how quickly Will was able to secure the X-Trail we wanted (and it was a real car that he was able to send me photos of to prove it!). He negotiated fairly, and the paperwork was a breeze. I could see the effort Will took to make sure we could drive away for our holiday in our new X- Trail. If you are shopping around for a new Nissan, come to Suttons and ask for Will, you won't be disappointed.

I Bought Nissan Qashqai a couple of weeks from Suttons City Nissan. The salesperson Darcy was polite, very professional, and helpful. Excellent customer service from the sales team 100%. The only thing I would not recommend is purchasing dash cams from the accessories team. Dash cam overpriced and inadequate information provided by the accessories team about the dash cam. Go to Suttons City Nissan if you want a great experience. Darcy and the sales team will be looking forward to assisting you.
Overall I’ve had a great experience with this dealership. Will was unbelievably nice, and patient to find us the exact car we wanted. He took car of every detail, and we are extremely happy with our X-Trail. Thank you very much Will!
Positive- The sales person was very calm and composed in explaining the details. They made sure that the car is right for me rather than forcing me to buy. They also arranged delivery on early Saturday morning to make sure that I can enjoy my weekend. The finance team member also was very supportive and made sure that I get right deal without impacting my financial. Overall a great experience
